High-traffic intersection of 111th and Elwood to be closed until February

Beginning Monday, the intersection of 111th Street & Elwood Avenue will be closed in all directions to begin the 111th Street (US 75 to Elwood Avenue) and the 111th Street & Elwood Avenue Intersection Improvement Project.

The intersection will remain closed to all thru traffic from this coming Monday until February 2021.

Area homes and neighborhoods will all have access in and out of their additions and/or driveways.

In order to commute north and south, we recommend utilizing Elm Street or US Highway 75. To commute east and west, please utilize 121st Street or Main Street.

Jenks Public Schools and the post office are both aware of this project and if any adjustments are being made for school bus transportation or mail delivery, Jenks residents will receive information from those organizations.

This is an Oklahoma Department of Transportation project, in partnership with the City of Jenks.
